Sibson Consulting Ltd was established in 2001 and has been providing consultancy services for a number of clients in both the NHS and private sector. Our company has unique expertise and experience in supporting health care organisations to develop and implement advanced, innovative practice that facilitates excellence in patient care.
The company is led by Lynda Sibson. As Managing Director, I am an Independent Nurse Consultant and have a background in primary care and education. My experience as a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, leading a nurse-led Minor Treatment Centre, was facilitated by the use of telemedicine. As a Principal Lecturer at the University of Hertfordshire, I was the Programme Tutor for the Emergency Care Practitioner and Critical Care Paramedic programmes. I am Honorary Fellow - Warwick Medical School, University of Warwick, in addition to Consultant Editor - Journal of Paramedic Practice.
This background has provided me with first hand experience of advanced, innovative health care practice, both from a clinical and educational perspective.
The challenges currently faced by health care organisations are numerous. The need to deliver efficient and cost-effective care, making best use of their staff, is a common theme in our previous commissions.
