  • Postgraduate Certificate in Patient Assessment & Management (2004/5) Leading & developing an academic programme for paramedics and nurses to deliver out-of-hospital primary care both locally and nationally as Emergency Care Practitioners at the University of Hertfordshire.
  • The Critical Care Paramedic Practitioner Programme (2005 - 6) Project managing the development of an academic programme for Critical Care Paramedic Practitioners, in conjunction with the New Ways of Working in Critical Care team at the DoH and clinical colleagues. This work was centrally funded by the Challenge Fund.
  • Critical Care Paramedics – West Midlands Ambulance Service NHS Trust (current) Project management of the development of an academic programme for the Critical Care Paramedics (CCPs) in conjunction with the Warwick Medical School, University of Warwick and the Air Ambulance Charity.
  • Project Management - e-learning West Midlands Ambulance Service NHS Trust (current). Developing & implementing a Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) with 2 local NHS Trusts in order to support learning and development across the Trust
  • Mentoring online module - Coventry University (current). Development of an online Mentorship modules for healthcare professionals.
